Enjoy your digital comics in any format
CoView is a comic book app that lets you comfortably read your digital comics on your computer.
CoView has been designed with the comic as the most important element, removing anything else from the interface. This special design leaves a lot of room for the comic itself but it makes CoView a bit hard to manage because there are no menus and everything is controlled with hotkeys.
The first key you need is F1 to open the menu, and then i to change language. Unfortunately it seems that CoView’s language settings are not saved, so you'll have to switch to English every time you run the program.
CoView allows you to read comics almost in any format: it supports special comic file types such as CBR and CBZ, but also images stored in archives or folders. You can browse through them and read just like you turn the pages of a real comic. With the zoom tool you won't miss a single detail of the drawings, while CoView's bookmark tool will enable you to continue your reading just where you left it.
Coview is a digital comic reader with support for many formats. It's a bit confusing at the beginning but turns out to be a great tool for all comic fans.

The best one, I have no doubt..
This is the best comic reader that i've ever seen.Easier and faster, what more can we ask for?I dont understand the previous comment, this is the more practical comic reader
and it works perfectly. It loads pages faster than other comic visors and the
quality of the images are the best one.No icons on desktop or on another place cause it's fully integrated with the operating system. Only clicking in your comic file and it will be opened with coview. The best one, I have no doubt.
Pros:
- faster
- quality images
- < 1MB
- Portable version is available
Cons:
- Press i for information More

Who wrote this??.
First, the executable that you DL isn't actually an executable. It's a compressed file that complains that it couldn't find anything to open itself. Inside the compressed file you'll find the actual executable.Next. Who wants to go create a directory for the program they're installing? The height of coding narcissism is thinking your program should install itself in the root directory. So you'll have to manually put it with the other programs. Sorry CoView coder you're not special. But don't close the window after creating the new directory you're going to need it again.Okay after holding the programs hand through this it installs. Or does it?? It doesn't offer to create a shortcut somewhere for you nor does it even do the annoying thing of putting them everywhere. The install just ends. But if you kept the window open you'll see the exe. But but starting it blanks the screen!? Yep it's full screen only.
Pros:
Couldn't find one and the website wouldn't let me give this a 0 for every category so I gave it a pity (1).
Cons:
Very unprofessional and low quality coding that reminds me of a DOS program. Full screen only, clunky controls, doesn't work with a 2nd monitor. More

pretty and dedicated viewer.
This one enables you to read your comics without anything else on screen but the page you're reading. An excellent issue when reading comics on a small netbook. And in spite of what Elena says the language settings can be saved, but obviously something went wrong on her PC. Just open coview.ini in the coview-folder and change the first line into "Idioma=ing" and next time coview is started it shows everything in English.
Pros:
no unneeded items on screen: just the pages you're reading, no nonsense, no distractions.
Cons:
a bit hard to handle in the beginning, but when you get used to it reading is fun. More
